At Wilson’s, customer service starts with courtesy. We hire the
friendliest people and train them to be helpful and knowledgeable.
What you get is common courtesy … at no extra charge. We make shopping
easy before you even enter the store, with plenty of free and easy
parking in two parking lots. Once you enter, you will find sales
associates who care. We provide free use of shopping bags, strollers,
and wheelchairs for our customers’ use while shopping. We have gift
boxes and tissue available at every register, as well as a gift wrapping
service on our third floor. If you find more bargains than you can
handle, one of our sales associates will be happy to carry your packages
to your car or our loading dock. Finally, we provide a personal shopping
service, with Betty Brewster available to do your shopping for you.
She’ll gladly accept telephone and e-mail inquiries and orders, offering
suggestions, helping with difficult shopping decisions, and even gift
wrapping your purchases and having them delivered. Where have you seen
